Probiotics and Primeval

OK so to start this off I am giving Probiotics another try.  I am prone to stomach issues and I had tried to take probiotics a year ago and it so happened to have coincided with me getting a horrible bought of sour stomach.  I don't know exactly what the sour stomach is but that is what I call it.  What happens is I get massive stomach pain and then when I burp honestly it smells like raw sewage.  Well my mind instantly associated the probiotics with the stomach issue.  Well over the last year I have gotten the issue one other time and there was no probiotics involved so I was finally able to get myself away from thinking that was the problem.   Well even just after two days I was able to start to feel a difference in the way my stomach was feeling so I am going to stick with it.  I take the probiotics twice a day so I will see how it goes.  I also learned that it can help make your hair grow which is cool cause I want to grow my hair long.

On to the second part of my post today.  OK so I have a habit of finding great TV shows after they have been cancelled and last week I discovered Primeval a show than ran for 5 series (in the UK for some reason they call season series)  I fell in love with this show after just one episode and over the last week watched all 5 series.  Bare in mind they are the usual BBC length where the series is actually like between 7 and 9 episodes a piece but I was hooked.   I loved it so much I am actually starting over again .  Honestly the best television I have found to watch is Doctor Who, Sherlock (which kills me with its incredible amount of time between series) and Primeval (sadly no longer making new episodes)  All these shows are BBC shows. That cannot be a coincidence.

Well I am done for right now going to try to write another blog tonight about my new diet regime.

  1. Marshmallow root is also good for hurt tummies. It helps build up your stomach lining and mucus layer.
